Looking at 3 Third Generation Trucks ???

I am looking at 3 different 3rd generation trucks. I will probably be selling the truck in my signature. They are as follows....

1. 2003 quad cab long bed with a 6spd with 136,100 miles, white exterior 22,900
2. 2004 quad cab long bed with a 6spd with 83,500 dark grey and I think it is the HO $24,990
3. 2005 quad cab long bed with an auto. 129,000 dark blue with grey on the bottom. $21,998

What do you guys think? Which one would be the better buy/truck? Thanks for any info. Pete

Daily driver. Trips to camp. No power mods. Haul firewood for home and tow my 2 place snowmobile trailer. Also, wanted the 4 doors because I now have 3 kids!!!!

Trade in on that 03 with 136k is about $13k maybe $14k that truck is way over priced. That 05 with over a 100k on it might be high also.I'd do some double checking on it price wise.Once over a 100k on odometer price takes a big hit.

w/ 3 kids I'd really think about a mega and not just a QC.

I'd go with #2. Offer him 20G's for it.

I would say the 04 is the best out of the bunch because of what you want to do with it. if you like to shift get the 6 speed. whoever has the 03 with that many miles and that much they are crazy on the price.

I think the 04 is sold already. The 05 doesn't look too bad. Although I haven't seen it in person yet. 1 owner on the 05 bought new locally near me. Do I need to worry about the tranny in the 05? What is the power rating on the 05?

hey pete, i bought two used trucks off of www.autotrader.com you can search for what you want and you will find some trucks that you normally wouldn't see that are close to you. especially where you live there might be a lot of trucks for decent price.
