Lock question

Ok so it's actually a few differant questions. I was wondering if putting some of that grphite lube they sell at walmart in the ignition tummbler is a no no or not?

Also the guy at WalMart told me they can not cut our keys because he fob. Said they are worried about breaking it. Has anyone had wally world cut just a standard key. I just want one for my doors.
