A Little bit of Surging?

I was driving today about 65 mph and going up a slight grade. Outside temp was around 35. Edge was set a level 1. I felt a little bit of surging and my passenger also felt it. Lasted about 15 seconds. Not enough to make a change in speed or rpm. Nothing noticable in EGT,engine temp, trans temp, or Boost. Could it be a little water in the fuel or somthing else? 5500 mile on the truck. Thanks

Did you have the cruise on? Lots of these fueling boxes have been known to do that when using the cruise control...

My EZ would also have this tendency for light surging at speed. It's very mild but I could tell.

Is it box related? I noticed the same thing this morning in my truck though it was warmer, 45*. I had the cruise set at 70 (speed limit) and could just feel it. I could not see anything in the limited factory gauges, tach or speedo. I was wondering if it was just my truck or something that happens with all these trucks.

The surging w/ the cruise was a common problem. I didn't have the problem until after I got one of the dealer reflashes to correct some other problem. Then all of a sudden the surge was there and the dealer told me it was normal!! I just learned to deal with it....

Forgot to mention that I haven't noticed the surge running the SMARTY now.
