leather seats holding up

You all with leather seats how they holding up. Do I need seat cover to protect them from cracking- etc.
Whats good to put on them to preserve them I hate to cover them with seat covers
Which I have.

Mine has been holding up fine for two years now. I use hand lotion once in awhile to keep the leather moist.

I haven't put anything on mine, and they still look great.

I am always reminded this time of year, however, of how much the plastic back seat and center front arm rest annoy me, though....
