Leaky clearance lights...
I had mine all replaced and a while back when I asked, it seemed to be pretty common.
They usually crack where the screws go through. I have one that has cracked again already. Mine was leaking out by the sun visors.

On my 2004.5 the first week I had it FEB 10 th I had them "DC"dealer replace 2 lights
. They told me it was a on going problem at the plant over tightening and causing them to crack. And water coming in by drivers vizier. But no moor problems. It should be covered by your warranty. Good luck with the problem

luckly mine arnt cracked and dont leak yet. I was told by the dealer the only way to get new gaskets are to buy a whole light kit too. So I got a bunch of neoprean to cut my own gaskets with at some point in the future. That way at least the gasket will never go bad. Just have to be carefull not to over tighten them Iguess.

OK here is the fix for the LEAKY Clearance lights. First pull the all off and clean up the area benegth them, lay some wax down while you are at it. Pull the screws out of them and get yourself some clear RTV. Put some in the holes on the clearance lamps and also seal up the cracks from the bottom also. Put the screws back in and install them on the truck. Yo won't have any more leaks from them this way and you won't have to get new ones unless yo break them completely
Yup, my middle light cover gets condensation under it, but no leaks making their way into the cab. Gonna have the dealer replace it when I take the truck in to have the crappy factory stereo replaced. CD player is Tango Uniform

Buy 5 Orings 1/16 in thickness and so they are about 1/4 " away from the hole which is underneath the light assembly. Silicone them down on the bottom of the light assembly right on the gasket and screw them down evenly. Then put a small amount on the screw head to cover it. You can pry the silicone off the screw head when you replace the bulb and reapply a small amount on the head again.
My '03 was back to the dealer twice for leaking lights. Water would drip off of the sunvisor mount and on to my right leg, and there was always condensation in the middle light. Luckily, no more problems like that with the '04.
Mine will be in for it's third visit. First time they "resealed" all four. This time they are replacing one, but need to order it.
Water leaked from the sunvisor clip next to the center console. It would appear it collected at the bottom of the J shape of the clip.
