Just venting from my trip to the dealer

So I took my truck in today to get an inspection done after I went into the ditch on new years and you wouldnt believe the stuff they told me. First of all it was a 9 page estimate, including:
Rear brakes ( which I replaced not even a year ago)
Front drive shaft and U-joints (brand new 2 weeks ago)
Tranny serviced (done 6 months ago)
New tires, and they even have a set that would be perfect for me ( mine were new in november and still look brand new)
All four ball joints

just a bunch of little things that I need to do now or is not driveable. I took it in there with an alignment in need and a slight wobble in the steering wheel which was hardly noticable. It just makes me mad that they think they can get away with this . Sorry if i'm rambling, just frusterated.

You would be surprised at how many people just say OK.

Some things may have been recommended based on mileage so I can see those. But things like tires which were new in Nov. should never make the list of "Needed" items!

My vehicles and equipment go to the dealers as a last resort. Threads like this remind me why.

Be careful when you let the dealer decide what to do to your truck and be careful when you let the government decide what to do with your money!
