Why else would they make an engine right in the HD pickup power range???? 240 HP, 520 TQ??? Doesn't sound like a big rig to me.

Is it just me, or does that supposed "Paccar" engine look just like the new 6.7 Cummins? And look, it's the same displacement, and there is an 8.3L version of it also. Looks to me like a Cummins painted black with "Paccar" stamped on the valve cover just as "Dodge" is stamped on the Dodge version? Maybe I am wrong, but it sure looks like a Cummins to me???
