Wow, thanks. Alot of good info. Now, looking back....the power converter box in the 5th wheel fell off the wall in the storage compartment, hot wire became detached. (thank God the rig did not fry) Could this have been the event that started the ball rolling?

DTR's 'Go to Guy'
Possibly...........You can try to unhook the battery to reset the TIPM. I won't guarantee it to work, but I know it has resolved the starter overdraw condition ( see the tsb ) for one guy stuck in a parking lot a long ways from home once!

Yes, all instruments are working. Only instrument panel lights and running lights are out, headlights and flashers are fine. Fuse for trailer tow package was burnt out and replaced. Fuse #16 was fine. Unhooked battery to try a reset.....no change. The only fuse box that I am aware of is under the hood, are there any other locations? Taking it to the dealer on Friday if I can't find it first.
