Instrument cluster lamps

I was wondering if anyone has had to replace the tiny lamps that are in the cluster. I have a 2003 Dodge Ram 3500. It seems that I have two out; when I checked NAPA, AutosBlown and Advance none had anything close. These are tiny lamps that seem to be part of the turn and twist base that happens to be purple. Also, I was thiniking they would be 12VDC so I tried them directly on a battery so I do think they are really dead and the cluster is OK.Any thoughts on a source besides Dodge?

Why don't you just get them from Dodge? You could probably get the whole set for less than $10-12.

Based on this admittedly dated thread, they appear to be pretty cheap...and the correct ones.

The real problem with Dodge is that they closed all the dealerships close to the house. I know it's not really an issue but I didn't want to drive that far for something so small...

You could order them online or call the parts department and order them over the phone. Shipping costs would probably be cheaper than driving any distance.
