Instrument Cluster

My friend lost the instrument cluster on his 2006 in October. They could not get the miles to accept into it. He had about 533,000 on his.

This week, my instrument cluster died and they had the same problem.

Truck had 533,752 when it died.

Seems there must be something wrong with the dodge clusters.

Sounds like it's becoming a common thing for 2006's, among the many other defects Chrysler built into them.

Looks like you'll just have to live with 133,000+/- miles on the new cluster.......................with a sticky note that says to add 400,000 miles to the odometer!

Why?

Put in a new cluster and tried to get dodge to give me a new 100,000 mile warranty along with it.

Truck now has 2400 on it and of course notes to support the change of 534,704 in addition to it.
