I ran it with the recert off and the compressor does not cycle. With the recert on it will cycle on and off. 85 outside. 1600 rpm. Try running yours with the recert off that may put enough load on it to keep it from freezing.
Not a fix but maybe better?

here is the;;
A/C PRESSURE TRANSDUCER
DESCRIPTION
The A/C pressure transducer is a switch that is
installed on a fitting located on the refrigerant discharge
line between the compressor and the condenser
in the front corner of the engine
compartment. An internally threaded hex fitting on
the transducer connects it to the externally threaded
Schrader-type fitting on the discharge line. A rubber
O-ring seals the connection between the transducer
and the discharge line fitting. Three terminals within
a molded plastic connector receptacle on the top of
the transducer connect it to the vehicle electrical system
through a wire lead and connector of the headlamp
and dash wire harness.

You`ve already been told this but I`ll say it anyway. You have a restriction. A good ac man can fix that.

Thank you everyone. Moving the sensor and slightly overcharging the system did the trick.

Good to hear that it is fixed! must be that sensor. did the dash have to come out to move it?

I`m glad you got it fixed. I don`t understand how moving the sensor fixed it but I`m glad it did.

Because this is what tells the system to shut down the compressor to prevent the freeze up of the evap. A/C systems are control systems. 3 things control them, high/low pressure switch, Fin temp sensor, and the on/off switch.

Did they have to pull the dash? And how much "overcharged"? In ounces. What were the pressures?

To replace the Fin temp sensor, they had to pull the dash. It can be done without pulling it but you have to cut a hole in the plenum to do so, unless you have a 2007 and up ( I think this is the correct year) plenum. Then they got wise and put a door in the plenum.Low side 15, High side 180 ambient temp of 84 degrees. Fin temp reading 70. They overcharged it by almost 6 oz's I thought that it fixed it but turns out it didn't. I ended up selling the truck....

These trucks can be very hard to get right. Especially if the system ever gets contaminated.
