I think I like stacks now....

I saw this truck cruising down the road the other day....made me think that it didn't look so bad. I've never been a huge stack fan...but after this...

I've seen lots with singles & duals, but this is the first quad. I liked it much more than the singles & marginally better than the duals. It was tastefully done imho.

I guess Im just the kind of guy who likes things balanced, single stacks just look a little strange to me, love my duals, but must say quads do not suite my taste what so ever. Just my couple of pennies.

sure seems people here are opinionated on their choices for stacks. You either love'em, or hate'em.
That el camino looks like it could tear it up a bit...nice photo!

That's exactly it, you either like it or not, just like paint, everybody's got there opinions. I love stacks but with the tool box, and tonnue cover (since it's used to haul dry stuff) I have to stick with the "cool duals" But I would LOVE Stacks.

Theres a fine line [for me anyway] as to when something is too much, too gawdy or too ummm err FAR. I saw that truck once when I was over there. I just shook my head...to each his own. Might as well have a stack for each cylinder. I kinda liked a Mega Cab on this site that had the 8" side pipe/steps yet others felt it was stupid. I also like flat black stacks on certain colored trucks. Since I haul trailers, no stacks, no mess on the trailers.

Anyone remember that 2 gen truck that had the stacks running outside the bed up along the outside of the cab?

Used to be a small mazda or similar truck around here that had a stack made of 1" pipe fittings.
