I really need help with front end

my problems started at like 34k. i cant wait to get the carli balljoints in like 5 weeks (waaa waaaaaa waaaaaaaa) but once i have them in there i hope thats the end of it all. right now it just kinda wanders on the road but my bjs have almost 3/16" of play and mostly dont drive it now.
