I have a sports grille and wanted a bumper grille to match. I could not find one to match so I had to make my own. I used stainless steel. What do you think?

I like it, looks professional.

I bought aftermarket with matching insert and modified bumper insert to keep my tow hooks.

I wanted to make a bumper insert to match the honey comb also. I already had a set of honey comb inserts that came out of my 2003. I was going to buy a rubber bumper insert that comes on the 2500 hemis and cut out everything but the mounting edge and then jb weld the honey comb in. The rubber bumper insert was like $60 bucks, so I just went aftermarket.

No. I'm not set up to manufacture anything. It was all done by hand and although I'm retired I don't have the time. Sounds funny but its true.

Okay, you got us all going, please tell us how to make them since you won't make them for us!!! PLEASE. I need to go around my chrome tow hooks also, so I guess I need the best of both photo's. How did the after market attach to the truck, I almost bought one but it won't match the factory insert. I like the factory look... since I already have the grill portion. Any ideas are very welcome.

I used 3/4 X 3/16 in. flat stainless steel, just cut shaped and welded. If you can find the polished SS then get it! I could not and had to polish it out. Lots of time. I don't have the tow hooks so you would need to plan that out yourself. Anything can be done if you take the time and energy. Jack

Maccandy, how and where, did you attach your bumper insert/grille to the truck once you fabbed it; BTW it looks very cool. Ramwheelsby4, you say you got your bumper insert aftermarket, where and how much $$$ if you don't mind me asking.
