Here are pics of the Heater Treater Blend Door install...

 

HeaterTreater is going to send me a new door. I'm hopping that I will be able to remove that connecting rod from the new door and put it on my existing door so I won't have to do any cutting. I did go by that new dealership near my house but they would only sell me the entire unit! Just like the dealership I use to go to that is much further away.

 

Do you have a threaded nut to help hold on the E-clip? At least that what it looks like in your pic to me.

 

No threaded nut, the E-clip holds itself by friction in the groove that is in the original Dodge push rod (between the two blend doors). A #4 nylon flat washer rides against the E-clip.
