HPdifference between standard and HO CTD?

What is the hp rating on a standard CTD? I know the HO is 305..

The CARB Cummins has the same torque as the 250 HP version, 460 #-ft.<br>CARB version is the 45 state version this year. 250 HP version is the Federal Version, sold in 45 states and North of Customs where our good brothers live.
