how big of a tire?

A buddy of mine just bought a 2006 Dodge 2500 Mega cab 4X4. If he uses a 2" leveling kit and everything else is stock. How big of a tire car he run without issues. Thanks

Depends on the back spacing of the rim. Some run 37's with no issues, and other have run 35's and have had to cut out the inner fender for them not to rub.
If you search for "biggest tire" you should get plenty of hits. This topic has come up quite a bit.

If it were me, i'd go 35's with a 2" kit....

I think you could run a 37, but I would stay with a 35. I have 35's on mine, and with stock backspacing, they rub at full lock.

i have 34.5 stock with no leveling kit and they dont rub even with my snowplow on

I rub my 37's with 6"of lift

Personally 35's and leveling kits look great

Could someone post a pic of a stock (no lift kit) Gen 3 with 35's. What are your feelings of this set up from your experiences
