I don't think so but it might. I ordered an HO 12/31 and the order sheet did say 50 state emmissions. I am in California but will register mine in OR for a few months. I hope that does not mean an EGR or other smog stuff.<br><br>I talked to a local dealer 12/30 and he said maybe 2004 but he thought it might be later. He did want me to take one home that day and some sales people will tell you anything.

Called the factory today was told first that HO w/auto are now a 50 state option then was told no again. My local dealer has been going through this for 2 months now. He told me he would order a truck for me with the options I picked and no deposite. He told me he would put it in stock if I didn't want it no problem at all and no deposite req. <br>nice guy<br>

Some folks from CA on the TDR did a dual registration in another state so they could get the HO. This requires a relative or good freind in a nearby state. Once you have reached a year or 7500 miles (whatever your required) you just drop the other state.
