HID's quit after a year, now no passenger headlight. Any ideas?

I had a set of 6000K hi/low HID's in my truck for over a year. A few months ago I lost the low beam, but the high would still work. I only drive the truck for towing so I didn't worry about it. Now I lost the passenger light. So I removed the HID's and re installed the stock bulbs. Now I have no power to the passenger side bulb. Anyone have an idea? Did the HID's mess something up? I did some searches and could it be the TIPM? Is this because I didn't have resistors installed with the HID'S? They were just plugged in and worked. I might just jump the power from the driver headlight to the passenger. Thanks for the help.

I just bought an hid kit from retro solutions. I did my research and talked to them. They are very helpful and can trouble shoot anything. They have helped me a lot. I would not hesitate asking them anything. They always respond to emails within a few hours. Email them and tell them they were recommended for help.
