i went to put a new head unit in my 2005 cummins and i dont have constant power and all the fuses are good can someone help me. also lost all power to door locks and obd2 port. i cant use my smarty and need to cange some things

I don't know which fuse number it would be on the 3rd Gens, but check the IOD fuse. Very common to pop this one when swapping head units.
