Heater controls

Anybody had issues with the heater / defrost / cooling controls? Mine will not shift from defrost to the floor fully. Somtimes it will, somtimes it won't. Itseems to get stuck in the middle. Any info is helpful.

Thanks

Common problem with the blend door. Search the site for it. I has been discussed to no end. But I am sure members will chime in

It sounds as if yours has the broken blend door syndrome. It is a known problem. Mine has been replaced three times. The first time was just after the 3/36K bumper to bumper expired. DC did a goodwill 1/2 payment. It still cost me approximately $275.00. The next two times it broke, it cost me nothing because it was covered under the DC 1 year parts and labor warranty. If you are not too far out of warranty, contact DC customer service after you have the dealership diagnose the problem. You might get some financial help with this repair. Good luck.
