Sylvania Silverstar bulbs, you can get them at Wal-Mart or AutoZone.

I recommend swapping out the fogs as well. Huge difference.

Here is what I have found for performance & value:

Headlights: Hella HB5 (9007) 80/100W Super White Xenon Bulbs

Fog Lamps: Hella HB4 (9006) 80W Super White Xenon Bulbs

Brighter Fog Lamps use: Hella HB3 (9005) 100W Super White Xenon Bulbs. Minor modification is needed to fit the plug & socket but worth the 5-minutes of time it takes.

I'm using them in my '06 and the wife loves them.

The wattage output is the same, but the Kelvin rating is much higher. If you don't know, keep the Kelvin rating under 4300 because the light color starts to change around 4500. They are supposed to dim over time, so be wary of this.

Also, don't use the Silverstar Ultra's for the fog lights. I've seen way too many complaints about them failing in less than 90 days of getting them.

Here's the Sylvania Bulb Replacement Guide:

http://www.sylvania.com/ConsumerProd...lacementGuide/

This is the chart that explains the output:

I have the Silverstars and not impressed with the light output. I had GE Nighthawks and thought they where better. Next will be either the Philips Xtreme Vision or HID lighting.

I switched out the lights on my Dad's 07.5 to 35w BiXenon HIDs and the light output is impressive.

Keep in mind you do not want the blue headlights if you live in a snowy area

I really dont like looking at vehicles with the blue lights so I wont put them on my truck. It might just be my eyes but they seem to blind me more than regulars.

used a cheap HID kit for fogs works AWESOME! and easy install, no codes or errors.

i will probably do the same w/ the headlights.. the cost of an hid kit is about the same as those brand name "high output hid "look" bulbs"
