Grid heater light wire?

Which wire is for the indicator light in the dash that lets you know grid heater is on. And where is a good accessable place to reach it. I need to do some modifications to it and need to know where its at. Thanks for any help you guys can offer.

There isn't a wire for the light. It's an LED soldered onto the circuit board in the instrument cluster and it's turned on/off by the computer.

There was a recent similar thread and one of the posts suggested using one of the large wires going to the grid heaters. Use a test light or voltmeter to determine which wire. Keep in mind the grid heaters cycle on/off after the truck is running even though the WTS light is off (cold weather of course). What are you trying to do?

Well then, Thats even better! Does anyone have anyway of finding out what wire in the dash cluster connector is the signal wire for it? I know there is a dash cluster connector on the back and surely that wire that signals the LED is in it? Or does this dash cluster have it own ECU built it?

Thanks for the help so far! Its greatly appreciated!
