Going On Trip

I Hope This Is The Right Place To Post This One. My Question Is I'm Making A Trip From Houston To The Florida Keys And I Was Going To Rent A Car But After I've Read Some Post I'm Thinking It May Be A Good Trip For The Cummins. I've Currently Got 7100 Miles On It And I Don't Have Anything Heavier Than A Boat That Is About 2500lbs. I Just Wanted To Get Some Input If Anyone Thought That Would Help With The Breakin To Take It On A Highway Trip Since Most Of My Driving Is Stop And Go.

The more you drive it, the faster it will break in.

Take the truck. Highway miles is good for the engine.

I just got back from an 850 mile round trip with the family. TAKE THE TRUCK. Set the cruise and go. It will thank you for it. Trust me, when you get back, you will wish every trip was a long one.

Long hauls are what a diesel was bred for. Take the truck.
