You should get one e-mail right away (like, minutes) The actual confirmation won't happen till someone keys in the order. This one is complete with the UPS tracking and all the order details, this is when they charge your card.
If you didn't get the first one, they don't have your correct e-mail.

The only problem that I have had with Geno's is that I ordered something and after I hadn't seen it for a week and a half I called only to find out the part was on back order. Also had that same thing happen with DPP. But they made it right.

I found the service and shipping from Geno's to be amazing, especially since I live in Canada, getting stuff out of the US is usually a LONG painful ordeal. I received the stuff I ordered from Geno's in a week and a half. They are definitely on my "purchase from again" list.
I had a problem with a product they sold me. The worked with me to try to make it work and when it wouldn't, they sent me something different (more expensive) at no cost to me. They didn't want the old part back either.
That wasn't the first time I purchased from them and it certainly won't be the last. (I love the 4-2-1 filter kit)
