The front end on my 2003 1 ton dodge truck is making a poping sound when i turn and the dealer said they cant find nothing wrong. Anyone have the same problem

 

It's the track bar more than likely. Just get a big ratchet or breaker bar and a cheater bar and tighten the bejeezus out of the bolt. It'll quit more than likely.

 

You may search the 3rd Generation Forums and/or have a mod move your post there. Also, fill in your signature so everyone knows what truck you have (4x4, 2500, etc)

 

Bottom bolt of my track bar was doing the same thing. Put the monkey on it rreeaallll tight. Should work. did for me.

That's it. It won't do it all the time, mine did when backing up from the drive way on a wet day and hitting the brakes and you come down and turning to the left.
Had the dealer try 3 times to fix it until they had another one in the shop with the same problem and figured it out.
