Fog Lights

I'd like to install some fog lights but not sure what to get that will fit and have an easy hook-up (I think the wiring is already there behind the bumper). Can anyone tell me where to get lights that will fit in the '04 bumper and look like they belong there?

Check the "Broken fog light" thread further down the page. Someone used a website called headlights wholesale. I will attempt a link

I paid a little over $100 for MOPAR fog lights on ebay....there are NO wires in the truck....everything comes with the kit, if you get the MOPAR units....install is real simple, everything is there and the directions are great.

You are supposed to tap into the low beam wires to turn on the fog lights...I opted to tap into the parking lights so I can turn my fog lights on any time my other lights are on...

I have an SLT...2004.5 and there was no wiring. I was hoping to see some so I could save the time of wiring it up myself, but there was definitely nothing there....

I also have a 2004.54 SLT with no wiring. There is a sensor of some type that looks like a plug but it is not one. I bought the kit from my dealer and got (after negotiating a bit) it at dealer pricing for $138 for the entire kit including the relay. The only thing different from the factory install is that you have to mount a dash switch to operate the lights instead of the turn signal stem operation. As above tap into the parking lites instead of the headlight switch so that the lites can be turned on no matter which lites are on.

I have heard that you can get the turn signal switch and make it work but personally decided that it was easier to just install the kit as it came. Very complete kit (directions are poor) and easy install. About 1 hour or so.

Go with the Mopar number 82209437. I did it in mine and it litteraly took me half an hour to install. The wiring should be there already so all you have to do is mount the lights, run the jumper harness between the two lights and then change out your headlight switch. Simple Simple Simple. Any other kit that you go with you will have another switch for the fog lights and it won't look factory like the Mopar kit.

where is the plug the jumper between the two light plugs into? behind the grille? I have a plug there and assume it is for the fog lights.
