Droopy sun visor

I know I have seen this somewhere, but couldn't find it with the search.

My driver's sun visor started falling down. It won't stay up any more. Is there a way to fix it or do I need to just replace it? It won't stay up when I drive, and when I want it to hold the window shade, it won't stay all the way down against the windshield. It acts like it lost its tension or something.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Steve

Seriously, I remember someone else around here with the same problem and I think they repalced the whole thing.

Mine did the same, and they had to order a replacement. Until it arrived I made clamps out of a couple of fender washers, bolt and nut, to keep it up.
