Ok, the 06 has a new and annoying problem. A few weeks ago the rear doors stopped locking with the electronic key and require manual locking. I've cleaned and lubed everything with no luck. Then a few days ago it started something stranger- as soon as I drive past the 15mph locking speed the Open Door dash light comes on, the buzzer sounds, and the interior lights come on. I have tried pushing the open/lock buttons on the key, manually opening/locking the doors, turning truck off and on....doesn't seem to matter. Everything goes for about 30 seconds and then turn off. BUT EVERY time I come to a stop and then accelerate past 15mph they go off!

Yesterday it threw the code PO513 but I don't have it chipped! Today there are no P codes. I tried for soft codes and got C44 and S12 but can't find out what those mean anywhere.

Anyone have any ideas what gremlin is in my truck now?

 

You might try disconnecting the batteries and then reconnecting. This has fixed unexplainable gremlins before.

Also, make sure the battery cable connections are clean.
