Question Clickin/Ticking pedals and warm passenger side A/C

My '03 has 12k miles on it so far and has been an AWESOME truck. I still get giddy when I get in it.

BUT it has developed two annoying issues.

The pedal assembly ticks and/or clicks after shifting or when the body flexes a little. Doesn't happen all the time but it bugs. I searched the archives and came up with very little. Any known fix?

I do NOT have dual zone climate control but the passenger side A/C feels warmer than the drivers side. This happens when sitting at a stop sign or red light. Odd. It seems to even out after speeding up. I plan on measuring the temp this weekend, but was wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

Thanks!!
Tim

The WARM ac on pass side is getting to be a big issue.Lots of mention of this on several sites.Mine did this at 12k as well as my neighbors at 130k.Both had LOW CHARGE.The dealer did call Star(D.C. tech line)and was told a 12 degree differance from drivers to pass side was NORMAL(BULL)thats a easy out is all.I monitor mine with two ac thermometers and I get about a 3 degree differance now.But theres a problem none the less for STAR to make those comments.Mine appears to be freezing up as it will turn warm on BOTH sides and I can raise the control temp a hair and it will cool back down.I bet by NEXT summer there will be lots more issues concerning this problem.

Mine does it too. The dealer has looked at it and does not know what to do. Next week I am dealing with the DM on the issue. I have gotten the same line from STAR as well. Even the so called customer service line tells me that it is normal because the dealer said other trucks on the lot do it. It seems the have a problem and dont have a fix yet.

A evacute and recharge took care of mine and my neighbors for the moment. They were SLIGHTLY low.First time I have had to add any to a auto/truck in years. But I still experianced poor cooling and a raise in temp until I dialed controls a bit higher then the temp dropped several degrees. It see/saws bck and forth like this. But STAR saying as much as 12 degrees differance from drivers side to pass side NORMAL.Thats a BIG differance!
