Does anyone know the correct bolt torque (receiver to frame) for the class 4 hitch receiver? I checked mine before towing, and to my surprise some bolts were less than 40lbs. This on a 2007 2500 diesel SLT Mega Cab

 

'06 service manual looks like 125lbs
