Anybody make one or have pictures of one? Have a six speed and the cup holders on the floor are not cutting it.

I have one, it works good. I found though that the bottom rests against the lower cusion of the center seat and pushes up on it, making it hard to open the console sometimes. I folded up a poncho (usualy keep it in the truck anyways) and put it between the lower and upper cusion, that fixed it.

 

Over on cumminsforum one enterprising Dodge CTD owner modded a "F.O.R.D." (hurts to type it) console in place of the middle seat. I hate to admit it but it looks really good.

About all that is available for our trucks is the cupholder that Geno's offers unless you want to install an actual center console. The Dodge center console CAN be modified to accomodate the standard tranny's shifter. There is a thread over on cummins forum where that has been done. Also the install of the Ford center console, which by the way DOES look very nice.

I removed my center jump seat and installed the Dodge center console that is used in the automatics. I did not use the cupholder portion of that assembly, I left the old floor console in place. I don't really care about the poor location of the cupholders, I use them mostly to throw junk at, but I may modify the cupholder section like the fellow did over on the other forum.

I have one of those Genos cupholder laying around here not being used, if you are interested in having it, make me an offer I can't refuse and I'll get it off to you.
