Priced a quad cab and a mega cab
The quad was full load Laramie dually 4x4
Mega was full load 3500
Quad cab my price 52,000
Mega cab my price 54,800

the quad was actually lower then the 04 was.

Correct me if I'm wrong.....I thought we'd never see a mega cab, long box, dually. I thought the word was that DC was never going to build one.

Then I might be waiting a long time.

I read on one of the spy sites...and I think it was a link off tdr that the only reason there isn't one yet is the need to build the frame and they are working on that now. I know I read it somewhere and I decided, I can wait for 2 yrs max.

It would be a good idea for folks wanting the long bed. But DC does not always care about stuff like that.

Don't get me wrong - I'd love to see it happen, but that's one long truck. Exactly the reason why I recall reading or someone telling me it would never happen.

I hope it does happen. I was interested before I actually saw a Mega Cab. And dissapointed after I found out they would only come in a short box. Once again, they're gearing them toward the yuppy city folk - put a couple hoo how thingies on it and it looks like an Avalanche.
