Can someone tell me what 5% under invoice would be?

Invoice is invoice. There is no lying about it. Invoice is NOT what the dealership pays for the car which is a common misconception(?). Definitely get the invoice from the dealer and then multiply by .95.
In fact, ask for the invoice sheet where it shows the break down of each item.
Hope you get invoice minus 5% minus rebates...
