The dealer has them for about 90 dollars or you go can aftermarket. Recon is the most popular Those I do not know the price of.

These were $80 retail at a local shop. I think they're $69.95 off of the Recon site. http://www.gorecon.com/categories.ph...AB+ROOF+LIGHTS These have clear lenses but you can get smoke or amber as well:

What did the install involve and what do you think of how they turned out?

I had them installed by a local shop. I am very happy with the way they look. The chrome base and clear lenses go well with the rest of my truck. I like the look of the LED's when lighted. Overall, I think they're great.

We haven't had any rain since the install so my fingers are still crossed that I won't have any leaking.

Your truck looks great. It was a toss up between the smoked and clear. I do like the smoke with the black trim, etc. I figured I couldn't go wrong either way.

I like those clear.

I called 2 of my local shops that do mods and 1 said they have never installed them and the other wants to charge me $225 to $250.

I can't even believe that is in the ballpark of what you guys had done, correct?

On these 08's, do the wires need to be run down the pillars to the lights or is there a hook-up on top?

Thanks!

If the truck didn't come w/ cab lights from the factory, you'll have to make a wire harness. There is a factory plug behind the a-pillar.
