As of yesterday afternoon I can order 07' cab & chassis's. However, currently on the regular cab 60" cab to axle and the quad cabs they are only taking orders for hemi's, not the 6.7's. I suspect it will be a week or two before they open up ordering for the diesel's. But, we can order the regular cab's with 84" cab to axles with 6.7 diesels. I have all ready ordered two of those for stock this morning. Just thought you'd like to know.

 

Ok, about 3pm they turned on 6.7/6-speed manual's, so I ordered a bunch of those. Still no 6-speed auto's. I think it'll be a week or two before I'll be able to order auto's.

So, these will be '07 6.7l Diesel Chassis Cabs, right? Where do you get the ULSD to fuel them up? (if you believe the little sticker on the pump)

 

If what my people at Dodge tell me is correct the early 6.7's won't have to burn the ULSD, only 6.7's made after jan-1-07 as well as all diesels will have to run ULSD.

 

SO, does this possibly mean that the early 6.7's (cab& chassis) only will not have the particulate filter and some of the other associated emmissions controls?

 

We have particulate filters now. But I am not sure about the rest of the new emissions equipment, until I get some on the lot to examine I won't know. Zone man calle dme today to ask me how many pre-spec cab & chassis I wanted, because I sell a lot of 1-ton box delete trucks he is giving me some extra's over and above what I ordered. Hopefully they'll get me some of the pre-spec's pretty quick, only time will tell?
