A/C temp unbalanced

I have an 04 quad cab that has a problem with the A/C temp. On the drivers side it blows cool and on the pass side it blows luke warm. The truck won't cool off on these hot days and its getting a little old. Any Ideas?

Check the freon level. That's one of the symptoms of when it's low on freon.

Like MikeyB said, get the freon checked. Just had mine done about 5 weeks ago. The passenger's side vents were blowing 20* warmer than the driver's side. The system was slightly over a pound low.

I was having the same problem, Dealer said it was the blend doors, had them replaced and everything was fine. Maybee they through me a curve ball and acctualy only charged the system and charged the warrenty co. for blend doors??? wouldnt suprise me none. Also there are some threads on here about putting a valve in the heater core line to shut the hot water off the the core. they are claiming 40 degrees at the vents. Iam gonna try this this weekend.. Good luck if you live in a place where it gets 110 degrees + u will need it....
