Unhappy Buzzing from Throttle Cable,

Well as many of you read about my buzzing noise in the cluster, was fixed on the 23 rd of July, and the truck was as quite as a church mouse. Well as a attorney would say was, today I ran my construction trailer to a new jobsite and I’ll be xxxxed, I got a new noise that is driving e crazy.
Here is what my conclusion is, after hearing the new noise I played with the go petal while driving and while sitting in a parking lot until I could find it. I found the noise! Its coming from the accelerator petal upon deceleration and lifting the foot the petal comes in contact with the cable on a washer style throttle cable, there is a isolation bushing on the main frame of the go petal, but the noise from the pump or motor as transferring through the cable into the cab of the truck causing a new buzzing noise, that’s tee’s me off.
So my fellow CTD owner who else has this problem and is there anyone that has the repair manual for this section to see if something broke or missing in the assembly, I want ammo for when I take it back again. I put two o-rings between the washer and the isolation busing it help a little but is still annoying me. Thanks for any input.
