looking at the winch ready bumpers and am curious about the lights. Will our small bumper lights fit in these bumpers or do you need to order new lights. I know it will probably depend on which bumper manuf. i go with but does anyone know if any of the bumpers will accept our small driving lights.

Just incase i wasn't clear i'm talking like road armour, tdk alien patrol etc.

 

you should check with the bumper manufacturer you plan on using.

I picked up a buckstop used and luckily had a set that fit in their opening. It was larger than I expected. I dont think the stock lights would of fit.

 

I have the ARB which came with brackets for the factory fogs...There's a place in Edmonton that sells them....

 

there is not an aftermarket bumper, that i know of, that fits the factory lights. every brand of bumper has lights that are meant to fit in the openings, like piaa 510's in my road armor. fab fours bumpers come with the lights included, but their front bumpers are big $$$.

 

The bumper that I got has holes that were made for the factory lights.

the bumpers and grill guards on that site are ranch hands, and i did forget that ranch hand uses the factory fogs.

I wouldn't consider my bumpers to be ranchhand. I will post these pictures because Browns site doesn't show this bumper.


I also have tabs on the cross bar for lights as well. Haven't installed any yet.

 

i meant to say, lots of aftermarket bumpers use the factory fogs! but seriously, i never knew any but the ranch hand..... until today!

 

the bumpers pictured on the browns site, are identical to the ranch hand bumpers that are in my cabela's catalog, as well as the ones sold at my buddy's truck and trailer shop. i don't mean similar, i mean identical, even that bolt-on grill guard with the steel mesh in the center. go to ranch hand's site and tell me they're not the same, or someone is copying the other company's products, down to the last detail.
