If you don't like other peoples opinions then why did you ask? Personally I think they are awful, they clutter up a good looking front end!!

The only person I know who has something like those is an elderly guy with a minivan... with matching curb feelers.

Wow, you guys are harsh. It looks like a good idea theoretically. All the trucks are trying to look like the big rigs so now you can't tell where the corners are.

You asked "what you think?" So, obviously you want a true answer. I think they look really stupid. If I saw someone driving around with those things on, I'd pee myself laughing. If I knew them personally, I never get tired of making fun of them. IMHO

wow... umm... i wouldnt have them, but i see what your talking about. Myself, i know the vehicle well enough to judge within an inch or less where the front corner is. If you need/want them then go for it if anyone makes fun of you then .. oh well...

While your at it if you really want the big rig look cut a 6 inch hole in the passengers fender well near the cab and run you air intake out through it then go to a semi shop and buy and external air intake in one fo those chrome 5 gallon buckets and mount it on your fender, then 2 external tanks and stacks and you would be set....

Definite big rig looks at a fraction of the cost...

jeff in td, lets not bad talk the eldery, they drive big dodges too. i'm 65 and drive a 3500, tow my camper with it. use state campgrounds and us army corps of engineers campgrounds some federal campgrounds. some go back when federal goverment built them to give people work and you can get into some tight places and you know as well as i do, you cant tell how close your right front fender is to things. got a set of the bumper poles in pic and they are going on my 04.

Rocky,if you like them, and feel they will aid you in some situations,id say go for it they are used for a reason, and if it will help you enjoy your truck better, then it would be a good choice
