Hey Guys, I am wondering if anyone has witnessed the same thing that has happened to me or if you may know why or what has happened. I installed a Brite Box in my 07 3500 single wheel with the 5.9l in it. Imediately the passenger side headlight burnt out I replaced both bulbs with the same size bulbs that came out and now the driving lights are staying on when the truck is shut off. I have tryied the lights on and off, locking the truck, unlocking the truck. Opening the hood, closing the hood. They stayed on. I had to pull the fuse to the driverside battery from the brite box so that they would go out.

Never heard that one before. Have you unhooked the box to see what happens?

 

Same thing happened with mine. Did it after 3 years. Had to pull it out to make the problem go away. One of the boxes was somewhat melted.

 

I guess tomorrow I will pull it right out. There sounds like there is a relay open when I have the lights off and the truck running. I can hear it humming. It was nice while it worked! I drove it one night !
