Bleeding power steering?

I recently installed a Milemarker hydraulic winch. Since the installation I have experienced a reduction in steering assistance and the winch is only able to tension the line not pull anywhere near full capacity. I suspect there is air in the system.
I intend to change out the fluid in the system (with Redline C+, their ATF IV). Is there a way to bleed air from the system? I'm guessing that one possibility might be to disconnect the line at the booster (highest point) to purge any air., but I did that during the installation.

The best way to bleed the PS system is to jack the front end up off the ground so that the wheels are not on the ground and then start the truck and turn the steering wheel from lock to lock while pumping the brake pedal at the same time . Pumping the brakes at the same time ensures that any air trapped in the hydroboost brake system (powered by the ps system) is bled out as well. Do this several times and keep monitoring your ps fluid. If it is extremely frothy then shut it off and wait until it isn't before repeating.
