has anyone removed the factory antenna and the plastic peice that holds it on the body? I very very rarely use the radio and I want to just remove it all together. I need to find something that will fill in that hole nicely....any suggestions?

 

I just removed the antenna from the base and installed a stainless screw. I don't listen to terrestrial radio. Just Sirius.

 

I would like to get more of a smooth look on the body
