On my '01, I mounted a 12v compressor under the hood. I got a compressor kit designed for air bags, and used it for my air horns. With a 1 gallon tank for the horns, and a 2.5 gallon tank for air tools.

I only bought the PRXB and control kit and built my own air system. No way was I going to put the comp. on the engine! I have a much better sysyem (bigger tank and unloading controls) and saved ~$200. I found a Viair 350 for 165 delivered and built a tank out of 4" cpvc. Craig
