Aftermarket battery trays?

Does anybody manufacture aftermarket battery trays for the 3rd gen' trucks??

I am planning to mount some larger (group 27?) deep cycle batt's under the hood of my '05. The stock group 65's are really short so I will need to lower the battery about 3" to make the taller batteries fit. I can fabricate custom trays if need be, but I'd rather find some off the shelf if they exist...

Thanks

I would guess not, because they are used to support other parts, such as the integrated powr module.

You can not lower the boxes anymore than the are already because then you will be into the wheel well. The wheel liners mount to the bottom of the factroy battery boxes. But there should be about 1-2" of clearence between the battery and hood. Why do you want bigger battries?
