adjusting headlights ?

I looked thru the manual, but I can't see how to do it. I see a hex looking bolt that appears may be it. any suggestions? seems that my lights need adjusted up.

Also, I see alot of people are running the silverstars. What are the best/brightest replacement bulb? Thanks!

Yes, there is a vertical adjustment. I believe it is around a torx T27, but I'm not sure on that. --Eric
