does anyone elses passanger a/c blow out significantly warmer than the driver side, i have noticed this on mine and a buddies, took into the dealer once but then it got cool outside so i never really noticed it until now that is hot.

 

Quite a few owners have had this problem. Do a search and you should find many reports on this. I had the same problem, took it to the dealer and they fixed it.

 

4 trips to dealer.... low freon at 28k. low freon, bad evaporator, and blend door at 35k. compressor went south at 42k. blend door broke again at 43k. The last time they wanted me to pay saying that it was not warrantied. I called DC and they reimbursed me. Well, just happened and I have not received the check yet. I love my truck but I have had some major issues with the ac and DC standing behind their work and warranty.
