Hey guys, on have a 2004, 2500, 4wd, quad cab. My front springs appears to have softened up. Has anyone tried replacing stock 2500 springs with 3500 springs? I wonder if they are are a direct replacement or do you need to make modifications? Thanks in advance, Jim.

 

I reckon they direct-swap. I put 95 ram 3500 coils in a 96 ram 1500.

 

Thanks for the reply, I’m hauling a 30’ 5th wheel and wanted to beef up the suspension.I have air bags on the rear which works great!

 

front suspension is the same on the 2500 and 3500. including the springs.
