or you could split the difference and get 285/75/17 the about an inch taller than the 295 and and inch narrow than the 315

I'm leaning towards the 295's instead of the 285's because of the load capacity and I do like the look of a wider tire.

As for the 35x12.5's, most of the rigs I see that run them have a front leveling kit. Are most guys having rubbing issues with the 35's without a leveling kit? I've spoken to one guy here in Calgary with an 07 with no rubbing and another guy with an 06 that rubs on the lower control arm and the rear of the fender well?

 

I ran 315 BFG's prior to my leveling kit and had minor rubbing at full lock. If I were to compress the suspension while turing into a driveway, little rubbing on lower black facsa.
