2500 vs 3500 SRW
Can't imagine there would be as they are basically the same truck. I have a 3500 with 4.10's and the auto. I have never gotten below 16mpg my average city/highway is 17-18 and I can still get just at 20 or a hair below cruising at 72 on the interstate. The dif in the 2 have been discussed a number of times on here and I don't think there was any major difference at all.
If the trucks were optioned the same, (ie, tranny and gears),fuel mileage would be the same.
RonP is right they are basically the same truck. the 3500 SRW's have rear over load springs, slightly thicker front rotors, and cab lights are standard. that's about the only differences.

Just hate those winters in Minot. My wife is from there and I spent a couple of winters there myself.
Anyway to your question. As stated above there is not enough difference in mileage to tell it if there is any difference as long as you compare trucks that are optioned the same. Add anything different such as a bed liner and then things start changing.
For info the cab lights are no longer standard on the SRW for '06
